Through indoor mapping and awareness, we can direct patients from their car directly to their appointments, from registration to labs, and to waiting rooms. For nurses, we can tag equipment and supplies allowing quick access to other team members, visualizing asset movement and sending notifications.

Increase safety within schools. Through positioning and awareness, we can push out alerts in real time if an unregistered device enters the premises and fails to obtain clearance.

Manage cybersecurity. Through integration with Mobile Device Management, we can detect unauthorized devices, control applications in secured zones, and uphold best practices, security policies and compliance in government, pharmaceutical, and financial agencies managing a sensitive work environment.

Optimize resources allocation. Through any number of our product features, we manage, prioritize, and control the way spaces are used and accessed. Whether it’s staff allocation in retail space, managing temperature and electricity consumption in a workspace, we improve space utilization.

The technology

Inpixon Indoor Intelligence ingests diverse data from IoT and third-party sensors designed to detect and position all active – cellular, wifi, Bluetooth and Ultra-wide Band – devices using a proprietary computing process ensuring anonymity. Our platform provides a complete solution to locate, track, guide and monitor everything indoors along with the plug-in architecture and open APIs that enable interoperability and seamless integration with other systems increasing the reach, flexibility and power of indoor solutions.

The opportunity

Inpixon is looking for a Success Engineer to act as a product champion and consultant. This is an exciting opportunity to bridge your technical experience with your client-facing ability, balance hands-on coding with customer engagement, and impact success during product implementation. You will work with customers who are building out native mobile mapping applications to integrate with our product, guiding them through implementation and deployment. You will gain insights across the company as you interact with multiple teams, products, and customers, growing your understanding of how our products are used and sharing this invaluable feedback.

Who you are

You are a Developer seeking an opportunity to work directly with customers to see the immediate impact of your efforts. Or, you may be a Tier 2 Customer Support Analyst looking for a chance to move into a more meaningful technical solutioning role. You may even be a Sales or Solution Engineer seeking an opportunity to bring IoT and real-world problem solving together. Either way, you have a passion for coding and a love of helping others. You have a natural instinct for understanding the needs of people and businesses; and an innate ability to capture the details, keep an eye on the big picture, and connect the dots. You can think strategically about linking business needs with products, and people with technology, innovating solutions quickly.

What you will focus on:
Successful delivery of implementation. You will consult with customers, identifying technical and business needs required to design a solution, and prototype any new approaches. You will be accountable for ensuring customer needs and requirements are fulfilled, acting as the customer advocate and championing their position with Product Development, Sales, and Marketing.

Increasing engagement through solution messaging. You will present our platform strategy, concepts, and roadmap to technical leaders within customer organizations. You will educate customers by providing technical overviews and best practice recommendations.

Collaboration. You will work remotely and onsite with strategic, enterprise class customers, establishing trusted advisor status. You will work closely with stakeholders on both sides of the implementation team, leading to increased operational efficiencies, the delivery of a unified service, and overall internal and customer success.

What do you bring?

A professional services and implementation methodology. You are a Developer or Tier 2 Technical Support Analyst with hands-on coding experience. You have a proven track record in software or technology consulting, or in system implementations. You have an engaging personality, and you can find a common language across the business and technical audiences, gaining the trust of internal and external stakeholders at any level.

The technical expertise. You have experience in either detection and data, including Java fundamentals, Linux (Ubuntu and CentOS/RedHat), Wifi networking and VLANS, IPv4/Pv6, Ruckus, Cisco Meraki, OpenMesh Access Points, Radiofrequency propagation. Or application integration, including an understanding of MVC (model-view-controller) platform., consuming a complex API library and client-side development with either JavaScript or native mobile development using Objective-C, Swift, Java, or Kotlin.

An Agile team approach. You use an open mind to establish the groundwork for the tasks at hand. You have experience implementing or working within an Agile framework.

A depth of practical knowledge. You understand how developers think, and you use that knowledge to enhance our API Structure. You understand the expectations of next-generation app developers, and you are always ready to brainstorm a solution that provides easy-to-use functionality for every situation.
