We are a dynamic, rapidly expanding non-emergency medical transportation company that has enjoyed tremendous growth over the past several years.
This is a work from home position with travel within Saint Louis and Saint Charles County. Current residence in Saint Louis County is required.
In this capacity you will lead our team of Drivers as well as work with Divine Right Transportation to establish our transportation services by delivering resources in the area.
This position will wear many hats initially as you may be called upon to provide driving services upon hire as well as manage day to day aspects of our services.

Strong critical thinking that can be called upon to problem solve on a day-to-day issues.

Willingness to lead a team through demonstrated execution as a Driver when called upon to ensure service standards are consistently met and/or exceeded.

Healthcare billing experience a plus, in particular with Medicaid and Medicare

Willingness to work remotely from home with the knowledge that occasional office visits to our local office may be required

Autonomous self-starter capable of working independently as well as collaboratively when called upon.

A true community advocate who enjoys working with their community at large by educating and providing services to underserved residents.

Creates a weekly schedule using online platforms for all recurring weekly trips

Manages team of drivers throughout the region; manages performance and provides feedback to the driver and management team

Ensures a high-level of internal and external customer service and promotes a positive work environment.

Produces reports to support quality assurance requirements

Answers calls from brokers, clients, and drivers to ensure on-time service

Provides reporting to key members of staff and management to improve operations

Creates coaching forms for each call monitor. Identifies where coaching and performance improvement is needed

Identifies areas within the assigned territory in need of improvement

Works effectively with administrative team to develop and streamline operations in the area.

Minimum Requirements:

Competence in english

High-speed internet access required. Bandwidth must be able to support all responsibilities of this role including taking a high volume of calls.

Must have a quite workspace conducive to focusing, providing professional and excellent customer service, taking calls and completing tasks without interruptions

Comfortable using e-mail and chat for real time communication.

Self-motivated and comfortable working from home, using a computer.

Candidates must provide and meet all technical requirements prior to the first day of training

Reliable transportation for travel within the state


A bachelor’s degree or related experience

3+ years in a management role

Competence in Microsoft Office

Experience in the transportation industry or a related medical setting is highly preferred

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
